If we cancel an order, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping timelines, costs and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on carriers and customs authorities.

14. Product safety

Our products are intended for domestic pets and should be used as described. Always supervise your pet while using a new toy, harness, leash or grooming tool, and discontinue use if the item becomes damaged. Pet products are not substitutes for professional veterinary advice.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be amended accordingly. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
